A fictional website that helps fact-check sources.
My ISTD 2020 project utilised the concept of "correlation vs. causation" to show how easy it is to misinterpret information. My UI/UX solution to address this problem was to develop a website that could inform anyone about the authenticity of any source they were unsure of. The website, in theory, would be able to 'fact check' almost anything, and the information you want to fact check can be customised to your preferences.
The first time landing page gives an introduction to new users on how the website works, and minor tips show up for every first time you visit a page. The 'dashboard' cards that represent the submitted articles is colour-coded in order to identify the type of response to the information at a glance.
