After interviewing Lucy, the mother of a young boy with cerebral palsy, and conducting thorough secondary research, our solution was focused on Lucy, as the caretaker of someone with a disability, instead of the person with the disability themselves.

Finding places that are accessible for people with walkers or in wheelchairs is a word-of-mouth system mostly. We decided to create an app that allows people to search for 'people', 'places' and 'things' that are relevant to a disability that they have registered their profile with. The app then allows the user to filter out suggestions further based on their concerns.
